〈雪域安樂願文〉是法王撰著的，分為三大部分，發心、除障和善順增長。

སྐྱབས་གནས་བསླུ་མེད་དཀོན་མཆོག་རྩ་བ་གསུམ།
Undeceiving sources of refuge, Three Jewels and three roots;
無謬誤之皈處勝三寶，

ཁྱད་པར་གངས་ཅན་མགོན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས།
Especially Avalokita, protector of the Land of Snow;
尤其雪域怙主觀世音，

།རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང༌། །
Noble lady Tara; Guru Padmakara: I pray to you.
至尊度母蓮花生大士，

གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་ཐུགས་དམ་ཞལ་བཞེས་དགོངས།
Consider your pledges and promises.
祈憶往昔承諾與誓言，

།སྨོན་ལམ་ཡོངས་སུ་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Grant your blessings that my aspirations be fulfilled.
祈願加被諸願畢竟成。

།སྙིགས་དུས་འགྲོ་རྣམས་བསམ་སྦྱོར་ལོག་པ་དང༌། །
Through the incorrect thoughts and actions of beings in degenerate times
濁世眾生顛倒之心行，

ཕྱི་ནང་འབྱུང་བ་འཁྲུགས་པའི་རྒྱུ་རྐྱེན་གྱིས།
And turmoil of the outer and inner elements,
內外大種混亂之因緣，

།སྔར་མ་གྲགས་པའི་མི་ཕྱུགས་དལ་ཡམས་ནད། །
There are new human and animal diseases.
過去未聞之人畜疫疾。

གཟའ་ཀླུ་རྒྱལ་གདོན་ནག་ཕྱོགས་འབྱུང་པོའི་གཟེར།
We are struck by planets, nagas, gyalpos, and evil bhutas;
曜龍王魑魅罪惡魔病，

།བཙའ་སད་སེར་གསུམ་ལོ་ཉེས་དམག་འཁྲུགས་རྩོད། །
Blight, frost, hail, and poor harvests; war and fighting
銹病霜雹惡年戰爭亂，

ཆར་ཆུ་མི་སྙོམས་གངས་ཆེན་བྲ་བྱིའི་ཐན།
Uneven rainfall, blizzards, destruction by voles and rats,
雨水不調大雪鼠惡兆，

།ས་གཡོ་མེ་དགྲ་འབྱུང་བཞིའི་འཇིགས་པ་དང༌། །
Earthquakes, fire, danger from the four elements;
地震火災四大諸恐懼，

ཁྱད་པར་བསྟན་ལ་འཚེ་བའི་མཐའ་དམག་སོགས།
And especially invasions that threaten the Dharma.
尤其毀壞佛教外寇等，

།གངས་ཅན་ལྗོངས་འདིར་གནོད་འཚེའི་རིགས་མཐའ་དག །
May all such things that menace this Land of Snow
傷害此地雪域諸民族，

མྱུར་དུ་ཞི་ཞིང་རྩད་ནས་འཇོམས་གྱུར་ཅིག
Be quickly pacified and eradicated.
願速寂滅由根本摧伏，

།མི་དང་མི་མིན་འགྲོ་བ་མཐའ་དག་གི །
May all beings, human and nonhuman,
人與非人一切諸眾生，

རྒྱུད་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་མཆོག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །
Naturally generate precious bodhichitta
心中勝菩提心大珍寶，

།ངང་གིས་སྐྱས་ནས་གནོད་འཚེའི་བསམ་སྦྱོར་བྲལ།
and be free from malevolent thoughts and actions.
自然而生離損害心行，

ཕན་ཚུན་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་དང་ལྡན་ནས་ཀྱང༌།
May they love one another.
互相具足慈愛之心念，

།བོད་ཡུལ་མཐའ་དབུས་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དཔལ་གྱིས་འབྱོར། །
May all of Tibet be filled with joy, well-being, and wealth.
雪域中邊幸福且昌盛，

སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་དར་རྒྱས་ཡུན་གནས་ཤོག །
May the Buddhadharma spread, flourish, and long remain.
如來聖教弘盛且久長，

།རྩ་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་བདེན་པའི་སྟོབས།
Through the power of the truth of the three roots, buddhas, and bodhisattvas;
三寶諸佛菩薩真實力，

འཁོར་འདས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་གང་མཆིས་དང༌།
The power of all the roots of virtue in samsara and nirvana;
輪涅善業根本盡所有，

།བདག་ཅག་ལྷག་བསམ་རྣམ་པར་དཀར་བའི་མཐུས། །
And the power of our pure benevolence;
以我等之勝意樂善力，

གསོལ་བཏབ་སྨོན་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
May what we have prayed and wished for be accomplished.
祈所發願之果得成就。

སངས་རྒྱས་སྐུ་གསུམ་བརྙེས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་།།
By the blessing of the Buddha who attained the three kayas;
以佛所获三身之加持，

ཆོས་ཉིད་མི་འགྱུར་བདེན་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་།།
By the blessing of the truth of the unchanging Changeless nature,
法性不变真谛之加持，

དགེ་འདུན་མི་ཕྱེད་འདུས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས།།
By the blessing of the indivisible assembly of the Sangha,
僧众不退意乐之加持，

ཇི་ལྟར་བསྔོས་བཞིན་སྨོན་ལམ་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག།
May these prayers be accomplished as I have dedicated.
如是回向发愿悉成就。（三遍）

Bamboo注: 后四句噶举祈愿法本上无，英文翻译摘自直贡噶举法本。

Bamboo评论：2018年3月14日这段时间，拉萨发生了很严重的暴力冲突事件，据说原因跟“中共一再拒绝跟达赖谈判”有关。格鲁派三大寺很多僧人被捕，拉萨自此后一直严禁藏人进入。想来，如果不是大宝写了这篇愿文， 疾呼藏人最信仰的三个本尊帮忙，那事件的影响面恐怕远不止这些。

群众运动其实是很难把握一个「度」的问题的，而且常常被有心人利用。觉得外境不公平的时候，要想想自己对动物、对弱势是否残忍和不公平，对环境是否不负责任。（9/24/2022）
